					<description>In reference to which ATS is "the best" I think each offer a unique and customizable feature set - I think the question is better worded - "which ATS is best for your business and why?"

The answer to that for me is ICIMS.  It has been one of the most customizable systems for our business - we are a video game developer.</description>
