Rob did this session at SourceCon last September, and it was open and engaging, with him talking about big picture plans, but lacking in specifics. We hope that by April, with 7+ more months under his belt at Deloitte, that he can share more about what’s actually working and not under his sourcing model.

Glenn - I hear you and it is always at the front of my mind as I know it is hard to get into specifics when working for a Corporation as they are very mindful of IP and competitive advantage. Generally I have to speak with internal PR folks prior to doing any speaking event. As you know yourself, there is a degree of what Microsoft would allow you to cover vs. being able to get to the nitty gritty presenting under the Recruiting-Online banner.
I will do my best to try and get into the weeds while avoiding anything that could get me fired ;-)
