					<description>Very cool what they are doing at Safeco - many recruiters would love to be involved with that type of ground zero activity, and Ginny is just the person to head up the org.  I worked for her at AT&#38;T Wireless back in the late 90's when our team was pretty young and in the process of building a first-class recruiting organization. Safeco is very fortunate to have her.  

On my way to San Diego today...look forward to meeting new faces and sharing conversation with those that are familiar.
